Vytautas Žukauskas

Vice President of the Lithuanian Free Market Institute. He holds Master’s degree in economics from Vilnius University and is currently pursuing joint doctoral studies at the ISM University of Management and Economics
and the University of Angers, France. His areas of research include monetary policy and financial markets.
